Synopsis
Samuel Lapp is an 8-year-old Amish boy, the only witness to a murder committed by three killers, who will try everything to eliminate the only living proof of their crime. Police officer John Book is ready to do anything to save him. He settles in the Amish community, with Samuel and his widowed mother with whom he soon falls in love.
