Synopsis
Wife of Lewis Fielding, a successful novelist, Elizabeth Fielding agrees to a spa stay in Baden-Baden. If there she meets Thomas Hursa, gigolo and drug courier who claims to be a poet, she does not expect him to reappear on her return to England. What is also her surprise to see her husband welcoming her to their home and even hiring her as an assistant. Both suspicious and manipulative, Lewis Fielding observes his wife throwing herself into the arms of his new "friend", curious about the outcome of this relationship.
