Synopsis
 Wu Yuet, a young Vietnamese refugee, leaves Saigon on a makeshift boat heading for Hong Kong, his gateway to the United States. His escape quickly turns tragic when the young woman he meets in the refugee camp is kidnapped by a Filipino pimp. Woo Viet then turns to a destiny as a hitman.
