Synopsis
The inhabitants of a village doomed to disappear due to the construction of a dam, are preparing to leave with compensation offered for their relocation. Posing as a prophet, Choi, a charismatic businessman and Sung the new pastor, manage to convince the villagers to pay their relocation allowances to the construction of a chapel. Back home, Min-chul, a violent and aggressive bum, steals his daughter's savings and sets out to treat himself to an evening of vices that quickly leads to a confrontation with Choi and then to the police station. On a poster illustrating individuals wanted for fraud, he believes he recognizes the businessman.
