Synopsis
Two gangsters call on Sergio, a little thug more touching than detestable, to rob a gray Fiat conveying a large sum of money. Following a confusion, Sergio attacks the car of a professor transporting his guinea pigs and is bitten by a rat. Betrayed and abandoned by his accomplices, hunted down by the police and infected with the plague virus, Sergio returns to Rome, at the risk of contaminating the whole city.
