Synopsis
1,500 passengers have just boarded the “Shinkansen” high-speed train linking Tokyo to Hakata, in western Japan. Shortly after his departure, the Director of Rail Safety receives a call from a man who claims to have planted a bomb on board. This will explode if the speed of the train drops below 80 km/h. The countdown has begun: all the forces of the country are mobilizing to search for the group of terrorists and pay the demanded ransom of 5 million dollars.
