Synopsis
NASA's control center in Houston liaises with its astronauts in space and monitors the final preparations for the launch of a satellite from a "columbia" type shuttle. Suddenly, an unknown object appears on the radar screens and in front of the astronauts. A collision follows in which one of the astronauts dies, causing the hasty return of the rest of the crew. The UFO, also damaged, will crash in the Arizona desert.
