Synopsis
A young man inherits the house in which his grandfather lost his life set on fire, and which was once a mental asylum.
When he decides to put it up for sale, a crazed murderer armed with an ax attacks anyone who approaches the house.
Who is this disturbed character, and why do the locals behave so strangely?
