Synopsis
A penniless musician, Glenn Miller goes from orchestra to orchestra, playing a trombone that he takes out of a pawn shop as the engagements go by. The precarious existence of a musician like so many others. The tide turned when, after his marriage, circumstances led him to compose "Moonlight Serenade" which, to everyone's surprise and at the start of the Second World War, was a dazzling success. Now at the head of the orchestra he dreamed of, Glenn Miller multiplies the hits before fate reserves him a bad trick.
