Synopsis
Held responsible for the death of a drug dealer, Inspector Eddie Ryan finds himself relieved of his duties during the investigations. The day he learns of the horrific death of a former colleague and friend, his blood boils. Regardless of his suspension, he is conducting the investigation using his own radical and brutal methods.
