Synopsis
Ambitious to dominate part of the world, Dr. Goldfoot allies himself with China and seeks to cause war between the USA and the USSR. His plan is to eliminate ten NATO generals, and take the place of the last one. For this, he develops his famous Girl Bombs, girls just as sexy as each other who explode as soon as you kiss them. But agent Dexter, wishing to reinstate his place in the secret services, decides to thwart Goldfoot's plans. Helped by two stupid porters pretending to be spies, he will accumulate blunders on blunders.
