Synopsis
During the Cold War, in the early 1960s. Alec Leamas pretends he was fired from the British secret service, in order to be contacted by spies working for East Germany. Its objective: to provide information indirectly compromising one of their own, Hans-Dieter Mundt, who allegedly caused the death of a British spy shot dead before Leamas' eyes.
