Synopsis
In the Haut-Doubs, a farm buried under the snow locks up a family, a herd and the necessary tons of fodder for the winter. This family is that of Rose, 50 years old, robust, intelligent, without malice. She reigns over her small tribe: a husband, children, daughters-in-law, grandchildren. And until the night when the corpse of a young woman brutally stabbed is discovered near the farm, Rose's family lived an uneventful daily life. The investigation is triggered, and very quickly, the examining magistrate, Pierre Larcher, comes to suspect the farm and in particular the sons of Rose. It is between Larcher and Rose, these two forces face to face, that this game will be played, that this duel to the death begins.
