Synopsis
Condemned to the stake, a witch launches an anathema against her persecutors: Judge Jeffries, William Renfield and Lady de Winter. Her daughters, she claims, will be the instrument of her revenge. Frightened by this threat, Jeffries sends for the girls, who have taken refuge in the convent of Blackmoor, where they are about to pronounce their vows.
