Synopsis
 1850, in the Rocky Mountains. Trapper Joe Bass is forced to give up the furs he hoped to sell to the Indians. They leave him in exchange a runaway slave. When he finds the bodies of the scalped Indians, he sets off in pursuit of the scalp hunters, determined to recover his furs.
