Synopsis
Tsar Saltan chooses his wife from among three sisters. While the youngest becomes tsarina, the two eldest, full of jealousy, do everything to harm her. While the Tsar is off to war, the Tsarina gives birth to Prince Gvidon. With the help of the treacherous advisor, the two sisters manage to get rid of the mother and the son by throwing them into the sea in a barrel. Shipwrecked on the island of Bouïane, the prince grew up at a disconcerting speed. One day, he saves a swan from the clutches of an eagle. The swan is in fact a princess victim of a spell, and will help her to do justice.
