Synopsis
In the region of Lugano, Sister Gertrude works in a hospital caring for the elderly. After a recent operation for a brain tumor, the nun developed an addiction to morphine, as well as to sex, gradually plunging her into paranoia. And, to top it off, patients are soon murdered in the establishment. Very quickly, some of the staff suspect Sister Gertrude of being the criminal.
