Synopsis
Pierre Lachenay, aged about forty, is married. He lives in the 16th arrondissement of Paris with his wife Franca and their granddaughter Sabine. During a trip to Lisbon where he is giving a lecture on Balzac, Pierre meets Nicolas, a young air hostess. He sees me again in Paris and becomes her lover. Pierre's life changes because he does not know how to lie. He separates from his wife. Now free, he will ask Nicolas to marry him.
