Synopsis
Paul Madvig, a politician, is suspected of murdering a senator's son. He then undergoes the slanderous campaign of his enemy Nick Varna, who uses all means to destabilize and slander him. Everyone thinks he's guilty, even his own sister, Opal. Ed Beaumont, Paul's right-hand man begins his investigation.
