Synopsis
Na Dow earns his living from petty theft on behalf of the mafia boss, Da Bao. While on a trip, he hires Old Xu, an expatriate taxi driver from Hong Kong to drive him from Taipei to southern Taiwan, to deliver the drugs. These two nice rascals will find themselves in the middle of gangs of rival and corrupt gangsters.
