Synopsis
15 years after the disappearance of little Francesca, daughter of the famous writer, poet and playwright Vittorio Visconti, a psychopath terrorizes the population, determined to cleanse the city of "impure and damned souls".

Faced with the inefficiency of the police forces, detectives Moretti and Succo are responsible for elucidating the mystery that surrounds this series of "dantesque" crimes. Everything suggests that Francesca is back, but the little girl everyone knew has changed a lot.
