Synopsis
Son of a Nazi doctor, Karl Gunther is said to be the friendly, protective and caring owner of a building where he only houses young women in urgent need of a roof. Nothing to say about his behavior towards his tenants. Deceptive appearances because, in reality, he spies on them discreetly, then kidnaps and tortures them. Unlike his other victims and determined not to appear on his hunting board, student Lori Bancroft gives him a lot more trouble than the previous ones.
