Synopsis
Three clumsy thugs arrive from China to rob a jewelry store. Their plan goes wrong and they take refuge by chance in the same building where a gang of dangerous criminals is hiding, tracked by Inspector Ken and his team. Mandy, the waitress at the cafe opposite, becomes the main witness.
