Synopsis
Because her mother Vivian is very tired, little Cathy goes to live with her father in the countryside, in a big house that belonged to her grandfather. George then tells the little girl a few episodes from his distant past. When he himself was only a child, his parents decided to separate. His mother went with him, while his sister Laura stayed with her father. To this first misfortune was added a second: Laura and her father were both burned alive, following a car accident. Shocked by these revelations, Cathy, to distract herself, embarks on the exploration of her new country home. She discovers there a portrait of the one who would have been her aunt as well as a horrible doll having belonged to her.
