Synopsis
In South America, trumpeter Julius and his friend Castro smuggle a shipment of weapons for Bekell. As Castro is shot by a patrol, Smith goes to jail. Fifteen years later, he is finally released and discovers that his friend's widow, Lina, is now married to Bekell. Julius becomes embarrassing for the latter. Feeling threatened, he throws the whole story to Commissioner Fenton.
