Synopsis
San Francisco Police Inspector Jack Cates is charged with manslaughter in an operation gone wrong. To do this, he again needs the help of Reggie Hammond. He has 48 hours to clear his name. Meanwhile, a mysterious kingpin known only as "The Blue Angel" hires a gang of savage bikers to kill Reggie.
