Synopsis
San Francisco Police Inspector Jack Cates is charged with manslaughter in an operation gone wrong. To do this, he again needs the help of Reggie Hammond. He has 48 hours to clear his name. Meanwhile, a mysterious kingpin known only as "The Blue Angel" hires a gang of savage bikers to kill Reggie. One of them intends to take the opportunity to also liquidate Jack, responsible for the death of his brother (one of the two gangsters killed by Jack at the end of the first film).
