Synopsis
Inspector Tong and his new partner Cheng investigate a serial killer who murders prostitutes. The bloody trail takes them to the tycoon Kwok's son who quickly kills all possible witnesses to protect his son. Desperate to catch the killer, Tong uses his own girlfriend as bait to lure the killer out.
