Synopsis
Ryoichi, an office worker, fallen singer, introvert and whipping boy, takes a disproportionate friendship for a little turtle he names Pikadon. Under pressure from his office mates , Ryoichi abandons him. Pikadon then finds himself in the sewers and meets an old man who gives toys and animals the ability to speak.
