Synopsis
Kan-sheng spends his time wandering the streets of Taipei on foot or on a moped. One day, when he is exceptionally driving around in his father's taxi, he notices a young man on a motorbike. The latter, annoyed by his father's honking, breaks the rear view mirror of the car. Kang-sheng finds him some time later and follows him.
