Synopsis
Barely married, Sheriff Will Kane learns that Frank Miller, a man he had arrested five years earlier, will be arriving in town on the noon train. Already, three of his accomplices are waiting for him there. The sense of duty prevailing over the resignation he intended to give, Kane however hopes that some of his fellow citizens will take up arms with him. None follow him. Although the fight looks lost in advance, the sheriff stands up against the bandits.
