Synopsis
Leo Kessler is one of the most experienced cops in Los Angeles. With his partner Paul McAnn, he sets off in pursuit of Warren Stacey, a sexual madman who disembowels his victims according to a very specific ritual. When he manages to arrest him, Kessler is terrified to learn that justice has released the killer, for lack of evidence. Very soon, another murder is committed. This time, Kessler is determined to stop the assassin…dead or alive!
