Synopsis
A long journey by coach takes Georgette Thomas and her daughter to Columbus, a small town in Texas. She comes to find her husband Henry, released on parole, after having served a prison sentence. Henry divides his life between a handyman's job during the day and concerts in cabarets at night. Often, alcohol and violence are at the rendezvous.
