A slasher as bloody as it is disturbed, totally unpublished in France: Blood Harvest , directed in 1987 by Bill Rebane ( The Invasion of the Giant Spiders ), with special effects by Robert Johnson ( Poltergeist III ). Blood Harvest is the unique foray into the cinema of singer Tiny Tim, with a poetic and at the same time strange personality, which brings a strong originality to this astonishing film.
Synopsis
When Jill, a young and beautiful student, returns to her hometown, she finds the family home vandalized. Her mother and father are missing and to make matters worse, the young woman is soon harassed by prank calls and stones flying through the windows. Only the village idiot, the disturbing Marvo, who spends his time dressed as a clown visiting the houses without being invited, seems to want to help him. Soon, Jill's friends are being murdered one after another, bled like cattle.
