Synopsis
“I feel like I'm not alone,” Weronika whispered to her father one evening in a small town in Poland. The girl sings with a strange, almost unreal voice. Later, she sees on the Krakow Market Square the one who could be her double: Véronique. But a heart attack strikes down Weronika during a concert. In France, Véronique experiences violent pain. She feels like an absence. Then strange signs appear: nightly calls, letters and even an enigmatic cassette of audio clues.
