Synopsis
England, October 5, 1974. Several bombs exploded simultaneously in Guilford, a London suburb. A young delinquent from Belfast, Gerry Conlon, his childhood friend Paul Hill and a couple of hippies are arrested by the London police. For the crown, those responsible can only be members of the IRA. Under pressure from the police, Gerry signs a fabricated confession that implicates him, but also his own father. Helped by a dedicated lawyer, Gerry is determined to prove his innocence, rehabilitate his father's honor and reveal the truth about one of the most shameful events in contemporary British history.
