Synopsis
Despite the advice of their old friend Hutch, Guy Woodhouse and his young, pregnant wife settle in an old New York building considered by their friend to be an evil residence. Immediately, their neighbours, Minnie and Roman Castevet, an old couple from Central Europe, impose their friendship and their services. If Guy easily accepts this neighborhood, Rosemary is worried.
