Synopsis
Italy, 1938. As fascist ideology insidiously permeates Italian mores, anti-Jewish measures multiply and sports clubs are forbidden to non-Aryan members. The Finzi Contini, pillar of the aristocracy of Ferrara, welcome young people from the local petty bourgeoisie on the tennis courts of the huge park that surrounds the family palazzo. This is how Giorgio gets to see his childhood friend, Micol, his first and eternal love.
