Synopsis
 - The Counselor (1973)
Thomas has just left the Mafia to return to defend Don Antonio Macaluso, the boss of the San Francisco mob. His rival, Garofalo, is determined to usurp his position and a bloody battle ensues. Don Antonio emerges victorious, giving him control of West Coast operations.

In the middle of the underworld, the incessant wave of crime keeps Inspector Belli busy, who fights more particularly against Santaro, the head of the Neapolitan Mafia. Trains are looted, innocent people killed, before Belli manages to obtain damning evidence against Santaro.
