Synopsis
Commissioners Ballestrat and Fush, respectively head of the Territorial Brigade and the Anti-Gang Brigade, hunt down Sarlat, public enemy number 1. Instead of combining efforts, the two men enter into competition, each seeking to prove the superiority of his crew.
