Synopsis
Juliette and Nicolas, brother and sister, reunite after a long separation. She married her father's partner, Berlu, and followed them to Africa where they thrive in the trafficking of immigrant labor. The father doesn't want to hear any more about Nicolas, who lives in the Latin Quarter a life of dragging shoes and living on borrowed money. A secret pact has linked Juliette and Nicolas since childhood, a pact sealed in blood.
