Synopsis
In an American suburban suburb, a fifteen-year-old runaway meets a band of punks who are squatting in an old house, thus escaping a downright unhealthy family life or deep boredom. Meanwhile, in the streets, hordes of stray dogs attack passers-by. A citizen militia is organized.

The film is presented for the first time in France on Blu-ray and DVD in a new 2K master with the choice between two formats for the first time in the world: Original format 1.85 and 1.78.
