Synopsis
An elevator begins to display erratic behavior, such as trapping some revelers and nearly suffocating them, and beheading a security guard. Felix, the elevator company technician, can't find anything wrong with the circuits. When he and a nosy reporter start asking the elevator company's electronics partner (Rising Sun Electronics) questions, his boss puts him on leave. A later visit to a professor leads them to believe that evil experiments are going on with MICROCHIPS.
