Synopsis
Hélène is abandoned by her friend in a town in the North. In the train that she takes towards the South, she meets Bertrand and Patricia, a young couple. The train suddenly derails. The couple dies and Hélène is taken for Patricia. She ends up accepting the opportunity of this new life.
