Synopsis
A former soldier, Chuck Scott (Robert Cummings) is hired as a driver by Eddie Roman (Steve Cochran), the leader of a band of thugs. Seduced by Lorna, Eddie's wife, he decides to run away with her. While Eddie has the killers on their trail, Chuck is framed for a murder he didn't commit. The police then also begin to hunt down Chuck and Lorna.
