Synopsis
The treacherous Ugo de Collefeltro had his uncle Duke Olivero thrown into prison and taken his place on the throne of Valgrado. Faced with the oppression suffered, the people of the country deplore the disappearance of their former master. When Isabelle, the duke's daughter, returns to the castle, she is asked to marry by her cousin Ugo. She then meets the mysterious Black Knight, who defends the peasants against the tyrant.
