Synopsis
In the Amazon rainforest, Emanuelle is conducting an investigation in a psychiatric hospital when she sees a patient devouring another's breast. The devourer has a mark on her belly, a sign of belonging to a tribe of cannibals. The authorities telling him that there are no more cannibals in the region, Emanuelle surrounds himself with an ethnologist, a sister, a guide and a young girl to go and lead an expedition to the heart of the forest.
