Synopsis
During an expedition to an ancient Maya temple, archaeologists discover the millennial statue of Caltiki, the goddess of death. A monster arises and attacks a member of the team, grafting him a jelly-like substance. At the same time, comet Arsinoe passes close to Earth, increasing radioactivity. The shapeless mass gradually grows, ravaging everything in its path.
