Synopsis
Mexico, 1938. On the eve of November 1st, night has fallen on Cuernavaca and there is already lively activity in the streets where people are actively preparing for the Day of the Dead. Geoffrey Firmin, former British Consul, wanders among the crowd, dead drunk, to forget the departure of his wife Yvonne. When day breaks, Geoffrey begins the tour of the cabarets while rehashing painful memories and finds the latter by chance.
