Synopsis
Caesar was young, rich and handsome. He had just found Sofia, the love of his life. But his ex-girlfriend Nuria, jealous, causes a car accident following which César will be horribly disfigured. Not accepting his new appearance, he wears a mask before agreeing to an operation to regain his face. The latter is a success. But violent hallucinations come to her mind, and her life gradually turns into a nightmare.
